 Recent Headline News
You may have heard the recent headline news that Tirzepatide came off of the shortage list yesterday. Click here to read about it.
Here's what we're doing
We are working closely with our pharmacy partners to determine if they must immediately stop production or if they can continue shipping for the next 60 days. We will adjust our partnerships with those that cannot continue to ship.*
*Please note that this will vary by pharmacy depending on their individual risk tolerance, which may lead to pricing adjustments. Additionally, states we were previously able to ship to may change. While we don’t have all the answers yet, we wanted to share what we know and how we’re addressing it.

We are also aware that there is currently a port strike, which is impacting the shipping of the brand names as well. You can read more about it here.
Criteria that allows us to continue right now

Until we are instructed otherwise, it is business as usual. Some of our pharmacies may include additional additives in the medications to differentiate them. These additives may include Vitamin B12, L-Carnitine, or Niacinamide (Vitamin B3). These do not affect the efficacy of the medications; they simply slightly alter the formula to ensure continued production.

With the potential additives, there may also be a different dosing to the compound.

Will I be able to select which additive my Tirzepatide is compounded with or choose to not have any additive?
No. Unfortunately, our system is designed to automatically pick and assign customer prescriptions based on factors such as shipping availability due to state regulations, order volume, and shipping times. At this time, if a customer chooses to order Tirzepatide, please be aware that your medication may or may not be compounded with an additional additive, and the pharmacy from which you receive it each month may differ. We appreciate your understanding as we work to continue offering Tirzepatide.
Can I check in early?
Customers that are due for a check in can do so in their patient portal. Everyone can request an early check in at the form below and we will reach back out in the order the requests were received.

Can I order multiple vials?
Yes, when you complete your check in, there will be an option asking if you want to order more than one vial. If you are concerned about the availability of the medication, we suggest taking this opportunity to order two. You will be paying for both at that time. If you recently completed your check in and wish to order more, please reach out to our OrderlyMeds advocates to see if they can adjust your order in time. If available, they will charge you for the second vial at that time.
I haven't ordered Tirzepatide, but I am considering making the switch. Can I?
Yes, now is the time to stock up!
Does this impact Semaglutide?
No. The patent for the brand-name medications that contain Semaglutide has expired. This does not affect Semaglutide, and we can continue to compound it as usual.
Business as usual
As of now, the information above is all we have. As more becomes available, we will be sure to share it with you.
How can you help?
If you have a prescription and your insurance covers the brand names but you are still unable to obtain the medications, we ask that you please file a report indicating that you are still unable to do so.
What else is coming
We are working on updates to accept insurance for those who wish to obtain a prescription and submit it to their insurance for coverage checks. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
Our appreciation
Once again, we appreciate our amazing community and are doing everything we can to ensure we continue providing these medications that have changed, and continue to change, so many lives. We’re staying positive and are committed to keeping you informed as soon as we know more. Thank you for "sticking" with us!
