Official Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
The OrderlyMeds (“Sponsor”) Referral Rewards September Referral Contest (“Contest”) is open only to:
- Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
- Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Current OrderlyMeds customers in good standing.
- This Contest is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited by law.
Exclusions: Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of OrderlyMeds, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
Referral Entry Method:
- Participants must refer a friend or family member to OrderlyMeds using their unique referral link.
- Each verified referral counts as one (1) entry into the Contest.
Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
- No purchase or referral is necessary to enter or win. To enter without making a referral:
- Mail a postcard including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number associated with your OrderlyMeds account to:

- All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2025 and received no later than October 5, 2025.
Limit: One (1) AMOE entry per person/household for the entire Promotion Period.
Entry Limits: Unlimited referrals may be submitted through the referral method. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious referrals at its sole discretion.
4. PRIZES
Grand Prize: Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Renpho LYNX Smart Ring (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”]: $220).
Second Prize: Twenty five (25) winners will receive one (1) OrderlyMeds Swag Box (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”]: $150)
Total ARV of all prizes: $4630.
Prize Conditions:
Limit: One (1) prize per person/household.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be determined on October 20, 2025 based on the greatest number of entries.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected in a random drawing among tied entrants.
Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable notifications.
Winners may be announced publicly using their first name and last initial (e.g., “Jane D.”) unless prohibited by law or the winner opts out of publicity in writing.
Prizes will be shipped within two (2) weeks of winner confirmation.
6. CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to:
Be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
Grant OrderlyMeds the right to use their name (First Name and Last Initial) and likeness for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Accept responsibility for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of a prize.
Release and hold harmless OrderlyMeds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in the Contest, the conduct of the Contest, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
7. DATA PRIVACY
By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Contest and otherwise in accordance with the OrderlyMeds Privacy Policy.
8. GENERAL RULES
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
Any fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible entries will be disqualified.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
