Join the OrderlyMeds Support Discussion Series—Real Conversations, Real Support

Starting this October, you’re invited to something new: a monthly Support Discussion led by Dr. Katie, designed just for OrderlyMeds customers. If you’ve ever felt like you’re figuring out this GLP-1 journey alone—the stigma, the side effects, the emotional highs and lows—this is for you.

These aren’t passive webinars. These are warm, real-time, face-to-face conversations where you can share, connect, and listen with others navigating the same journey on GLP-1 medications, free of judgment. Your voice helps shape the conversation—because your story matters here.

Why We Created these Support Discussions (and Why You Might Want to Join)

Let’s be honest: GLP-1 treatment can feel isolating. It brings up big changes—physically, emotionally, relationally. But most people don’t talk about that part. And when they do, it’s often on Reddit threads or Facebook groups that offer more opinion or noise than real help.

That’s why we created Support Discussions. You’ll join a live Zoom session with other OrderlyMeds customers who are experiencing many of the same challenges. A licensed clinician (Dr. Katie) will guide the conversation to make sure it’s supportive, actionable, and grounded.

It’s a fact: People who participate—who share their stories, ask questions, and engage with others—lose more weight and report greater emotional resilience than those who go it alone. These sessions are designed to help you build that kind of strength and connection.

What to Expect

Each month’s session focuses on a real-life topic, like GLP-1 stigma or navigating changing relationships. A week beforehand, you’ll get a link to a short article and a few reflection questions to help you think through your experience.

During the 60-minute Zoom, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, ask a question, or reflect on what others are saying. Listening is always welcome, but we encourage you to join in when you’re ready—the group works best when voices come together. Everything is shared in a supportive, judgment-free space.

Dr. Katie begins with a brief introduction, then invites conversation around each reflection question. As people share, she offers expert insights, clarifies key takeaways, and gently steers the discussion to keep it meaningful.

Meet Dr. Katie

Dr. Katie is a licensed clinician with a deep background in behavioral health and weight loss support. She understands the emotional and practical realities of sustainable weight care—and she leads every session with warmth, clarity, and zero judgment.

Her goal? To help you feel seen, understood, and supported.

How It Works

  • 60-minute Support Discussion on Zoom, once a month
  • Article + reflection questions shared on Zoom Invite
  • Meeting format (video optional, but encouraged)
  • Speak or listen—you choose
  • Everything shared stays in the group
  • A written recap will be shared, but a replay will not.

Why It Matters

Support Groups give you something you won’t find in an app or a Reddit thread: connection. Perspective. Relief.

When you hear other people describe exactly what you’re feeling—the hesitation, the doubts, the small wins—you realize you’re not the only one. That’s often a turning point for sustainable, long-lasting success.

Even if you start by just showing up, you may soon find yourself speaking up—because this is a safe space where your experiences are valued. Every contribution, big or small, helps others feel less alone.
