Yes! Our pharmacies have confirmed that Semaglutide and Tirzepatide can withstand temperatures of up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 3 days. Keep in mind, that three day period begins after your ice packs have melted, which can take a couple of days.
Why didn't my order ship with ice packs? Is it safe to use?
Semaglutide from AnazaoHealth is compounded to be stored at room temperature, so they do not ship their medication with ice packs. Rest assured, it is completely safe to use!

Pharmacies

What pharmacies does OrderlyMeds use to compound their medications?
We currently partner with seven different 503A designated pharmacy providers to compound the medications we provide our customers: RedRock, Hallandale, Anazao, The Pharmacy Hub, Southend, Nationwide, and Strive.
Are OrderlyMeds pharmacies 503A or 503B designated? How are OrderlyMed's pharmacies regulated?
All of our pharmacy partners are 503A designated. These traditional compounding pharmacies create customized medications tailored to individual prescriptions and are regulated by state boards and the FDA. They must adhere to USP standards, and are also subject to specific sections of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), including requirements for compounding drugs based on valid patient-specific prescriptions. The FDA also inspects these pharmacies to ensure they meet safety standards and do not compound under insanitary conditions.1
Can I choose which pharmacy my medications come from?
Our proprietary technology streamlines the pharmacy selection process, choosing the best pharmacy for your medication based on your location, order volume, shipping times, and pricing. This ensures you receive your medication as quickly as possible while keeping our prices low. As a result, we cannot guarantee which specific pharmacy will fulfill your order. We appreciate your understanding!

Weight loss program

What weight loss medications does OrderlyMeds offer?
We offer two types of GLP-1 medication, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are administered through a once-weekly subcutaneous injection using a tiny insulin syringe. For those who have a fear of needles, we also offer a once daily oral tablet option of Semaglutide.
What is included in your weight loss program?
Our one monthly price covers everything: doctor visit, medication, syringes, and shipping —no hidden fees or extra costs. We do not have membership or subscription fees!
How do I sign up?
To Start, simply go to https://bit.ly/OrderlyMeds and click 'Start Today'. We have an easy three-step process that will take you through a quick online eligibility form, then you select the product and submit payment and fill out the health screening form online. Our internal team reviews your information and submits you to our doctors. They will have a text consult with you and if approved, your prescription will be sent to one of our pharmacies for compounding. If for any reason you are not approved for the medication, we will immediately process a full refund. Our pharmacy ships out the medication after complete. Please note that they do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Who is eligible for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with OrderlyMeds?
Our licensed providers will determine your eligibility for a compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide prescription. Our general requirements include:
- You must be 18 years old or older
- Have a BMI greater than 27
- Are not pregnant
- Do not have certain medical conditions (i.e. thyroid cancer or hyperthyroidism, gastroparesis, pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis, MEN2 syndrome, or inflammatory bowel disease).
This is not a complete list of qualifying requirements. As a part of our process, you will need to complete an online health screening with our telehealth providers to ultimately determine whether you are eligible to be prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide medications.
How do refills work?
You will receive text and email reminders before your check-in, where you can share how you’re feeling on the medication and decide if you want to stay at your current dose or request an increase. The medical team will review your feedback, write a new prescription, and send it to the pharmacy. After that, the shipping process will be the same as before, and you’ll receive tracking details via email once it ships.
When will I hear from the doctor?
You will hear from the doctor via text message within 24 to 48 hours after completing your health screen, provided there are no delays during the process. This timeframe begins once you have successfully submitted all required information. To ensure the fastest possible response, please complete all sections of the health screen thoroughly, respond promptly if additional information is requested, and double-check that all submitted information is accurate. The doctor will contact you through our secure text messaging system, so keep an eye on your messages. If you experience any issues or do not hear from the doctor within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
Are lab/bloodwork needed to start with OrderlyMeds?
OrderlyMeds does not require bloodwork for prescribing our medications. Our healthcare providers make prescribing decisions based on the medical information you provide during the consultation, including your health history, current medications, and any relevant symptoms or conditions. However, while bloodwork is not required, our providers might recommend it in certain cases if they believe it would benefit your overall health management. Regular check-ups with your primary care physician, which may include bloodwork, are always encouraged as part of maintaining your general health. If you have recent bloodwork results that you think might be relevant, you are welcome to share them, but it is not a requirement for our service.
What is a GLP-1 medication? How does it work?
GLP-1 medications are mainly used to treat type 2 diabetes and, more recently, obesity. They mimic a hormone called GLP-1, which helps regulate blood sugar and appetite. These drugs boost insulin production when blood sugar is high, lower glucagon (which raises blood sugar), and slow digestion to help you feel full, reducing appetite.
We offer compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, both given as a once-weekly injection with a tiny insulin syringe. For those who have a fear of needles, we also offer a once daily oral tablet option of Semaglutide.
What are compounded GLP-1 medications?
Drug compounding involves mixing or altering ingredients to create medications tailored to individual patient needs. The FDA allows compounding pharmacies to fulfill medications that are in shortage, which includes our GLP-1 weight loss medications.
With OrderlyMeds, you can trust that our GLP-1 medication is made from its base form, not the salt form. Our compounding pharmacies adhere to USP standards and federal guidelines, and we thoroughly vet each pharmacy for accreditations, licenses, and manufacturing processes.
Why do some patients need compounded drugs?
A drug may be compounded for a patient who cannot be treated with an FDA-approved medication, such as a patient who has an allergy to a certain dye and needs a medication to be made without it, or an elderly patient or a child who cannot swallow a tablet or capsule and needs a medicine in a liquid dosage form. Practitioners in hospitals, clinics, and other health care facilities sometimes provide compounded drugs to patients when an FDA-approved drug is not medically appropriate to treat them. In these situations, compounding can serve an important patient need.
How long does it take to see results?
Weight loss can vary among patients; some see results right away, while others may take a month or more. Consistency is key. Continue taking the medication as directed, and our medical team will adjust your dose as needed to optimize your weight loss. On average, a safe rate is typically 1-2 pounds per week (or 6-8 pounds per month), but individual targets may vary.
Is the compound as effective as the brand medications?
We offer compounded versions of Semaglutide (the active ingredient in Wegovy® and Ozempic®) and Tirzepatide (the active ingredient in Zepbound® and Mounjaro®), tailored to your specific dosing needs. Our medications come in glass vials with syringes and alcohol prep pads, reducing waste and cost compared to the $1,100-$1,600 price tag of Big Pharma brands when insurance doesn’t cover them. Compounded meds are a great, affordable option, especially if your insurance doesn’t cover weight loss medications or if you need a specific dose during shortages.
Why do I have to pay before I'm approved/the medication is shipped?
We request payment during your medical screening to streamline the process, similar to how you pay a copay before seeing a doctor. This ensures we have everything ready for an efficient screening and helps us maintain high service standards. Your payment is secure and fully refundable if our providers determine you’re ineligible. At OrderlyMeds, your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide clear and reliable service throughout your experience.
