Our licensed providers will determine your eligibility for a compounded GLP-1 injection prescription. Our general requirements include:
This is not a complete list of qualifying requirements. As a part of our process, you will need to complete an online health screening with our telehealth providers to ultimately determine whether you are eligible to be prescribed compounded GLP-1 injections.
For our compounded GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP injections, you’ll receive all weekly doses of your medications in one shipment and your dosage will be based on the prescription information you provide, your selections during our health screening process, and your provider’s discretion. Your order will also include alcohol pads and the syringes you need to take your injections.
