How am I eligible for Stay & Save Rewards?
Check in within 15 days of your next check in date to redeem your loyalty discount points. If you don’t check in within 15 days of your scheduled check in date, your streak is broken, and your reward discount is lost. In short, Rewards revert to 0% after the 45-day mark.
What are the check in dates for my treatment program?
Depending on what treatment you’ve chosen, here are some dates to know:
Month-to-month: Check in every 30 days for your refill
3 month starter program: check in is at the end of your first 3 months
Do Stay & Save Rewards apply to all purchases?
No – Wegovy, Zepbound, the 3 month extended BUD (best used by date) Compounded GLP-1/GIP and 3, 4, and 5 month Compounded GLP-1 plans are ineligible for Stay & Save Rewards.
Where will I see my discount applied?
Discounts are applied at check out during your check in process.
What are the discount increments?
Starting in your second month, you’ll start receiving a 2.25% discount for every month you check in on time. By month 12, you’ll receive the maximum 25% discount.
Are my GLP-1 treatments still FSA/HSA eligible?
Yes, speak with our Customer Service Team about anything you need to apply your FSA/HSA funds to your cart.
